Lubenice is
a village in the central part of the island of Cres, 22 km
southwest of the town of Cres. Chief occupation is farming. The
houses bare many traces from the past; loopholes, built-in ship
window frames. Traditionally Lubenice hosts concerts of classical
music in the summer; opening of a multi-media art centre is
planned. |
