Potomje
is a village in the central part of the interior of the Peljesac
Peninsula, 15 km southeast of Orebić. Chief occupations are
farming and viticulture. Potomje is situated in the western part
of the wine-growing region of Dingac, famous for exquisite wines.
In recent times, a tunnel has been bored from Potomje to the
coast, so that the coastal villages at the foot of the slope
Dingac have become very attractive beaches. |
