Brijesta
is a village and harbour in the cove bearing the same name on the
north-eastern coast of the Peljesac Peninsula, 8 km southeast of
Drace. Chief occupations are farming and fishing. The cove
comprises several islets (Tajan, Koko-sar, Gubavac, Maslinovac,
Lovorikovac, Pucenjak); the coast and the islands offer excellent
opportunities for bathing and sports fishing. |
